Winter Wonders!

This winter has been an exciting time at our house. First we had two "big" snows....The little kids and the big kids enjoyed slowing down and taking in the white fluffy stuff. It was fun to get a little downtime with the family during this sometimes "dreary" time of year.

We also went to Disney World! It seemed like we were worlds away from our cold, wet, weather. I felt so blessed the whole time we were there. The kids loved every minute of it and we loved every minute of watching them. Barnes even commented on the automatic sinks in the restroom. He said, "Mommy, everything at Disney is magical, even the sinks." My heart just melted. When you are there you just can't help but feel a bit of magic.

Now we are heading toward Spring...First grade for Miles-that's how I am beginning to view it...and the wonderful time of year when we get to enjoy the beach and outside, baseball and now soccer for Barnes, and just all of the beauty that comes with Spring. We are ready for it!
