Car Conversation

On the way to church I had an long...conversation with my boys about names. My last name, my maiden name etc....

The boys started talking about marriage:

Barnes: I am going to marry Sae, right Mama?

Miles: I ain't getting married, or having kids. They are too much work.

That's just fine for now boys! Barnes, you can marry your cousin when you are 3 and Miles you don't ever have to get married!

Cooling off in Cancun

Sometimes the parents have to get away too! Clay and I spent a few days in Cancun with our friends, Miriam and Russ. We created so many new fun (funny if you are with Miriam) memories. When we called to check on the boys after we arrived in Mexico-they couldn't come to the phone because they were doing a Conga line! I guess they were celebrating a few days with Gam!

Tee Ball Pool Party

The rain couldn't keep us from having our end of t-ball party! We had to reschedule because of bad weather, but we finally celebrated a great season. Thanks to Laura Kate for letting us play at her pool. Also thanks Lisabeth and T for being such great hosts. Uncle Dean was a wonderful head coach too!

We headed to the beach last week for some sunshine! We met up with some friends and it made for a great day on the beach. Sweet Maggie played with all of the kids. She has such a loving heart and the kids respond to her. Sae, Segars, Lan, Luke, Daniel, Matthew, Amelia, Ally, Kate, and Zach were there too! The more the merrier!

Gam's Sunflowers!

Every year Gam and Pop plant sunflowers and this year they were just beautiful. We gathered all of the little ones together for a picture of the Hall clan. Not our most successful photo shoot but, mission accomplished.
